A 12 yr old presented with non union Fx Left SOF e bent TENS.Removal of TENS + Closed Tibial Tibial Nail passed via trochanteric entry passed into L eft femur.( Trick: Tibial nail is easy to be used as trochanteric entry nail than native femoral nail bcoz 10 degree proximal herzog bend)

A 25 yr old patient presented with recurrent anterior dislocations of right shoulder happening since 3 yrs.On MRI having Bankart and Hill sach lesion.Shoulder Arthroscopy was done and suture anchor Fixation of Bankart lesion done with duncan and smc knot.Non engaging Hill Sach not addressed.Thanks to Dr Haider for guiding and Dr Shafqat for helping hand.

A 43 yr old patient presented with ACL ,PCL ,Grade I MCL and posterior horn of medial meniscal Injury Right knee S/ P RTA . Arthroscopic ( key hole surgery) ACL reconstruction with Quadruple Hamstring and PCL RECONSTRUCTION e Peroneus longus Graft done along partial medial meniscectomy.
