Do you ever have days where you just don't want to study...even though you know you should?
If you said yes, don't worry, that's normal and you should expect that. But here's what I want you to know.


You can and should still take action on the days when you don't feel like it.


You shouldn't wait until you feel like it before taking action.


Why?


Because you'll likely be waiting forever.


In reality, how likely is it that you're going to wake up in the morning excited to work on something that is challenging and difficult and outside of your comfort zone...like practicing your public speaking skills?


Sure, some days you might wake up motivated and that's great.


But many (many) other days you're going to wake up and just not want to do it.


You'll want to seek comfort and watch Netflix instead.


This is where motivation stops works and where will power comes into play.


You need to use your will power to force yourself to do the things that you don't want to do but you know you should do because they'll help you reach your goals.

Every human being and animals too have some basic rights that are extremely important for their health and survival. Similarly children have their rights which if fulfilled can lead to their better Emotional
and Psychological health and also make them functioning member of society. Some of these rights are;

1. Psysical care and protection
2. Appropriate physical contact
3. Affection (love) and approval
4. Stimulation and teaching
5. Discipline and control which are consistent and age appropriate
6. Opportunity and encouragement to gradually acquire autonomy
7. Emotional support and containment in times of stress
8. Recognition of the child as a separate individual

Today i will talk about quality time with children and its importance alongwith activities.....

Spending quality time with children is extremely important as it build their self esteem and sense of self worth. Studies found that when child feel he/she is valued by parents, they feel more positive about themselves. Those families who share everyday activities together form strong emotional ties. Children who frequently eat with their families also usually have improved dietary intake compared to those who don't eat as often with family members. Moreover, spending time with children also foster an environment for open communucation.

Now i will discuss some activities which parents can plan with their children...
1. Play a game with your child.
2. Share your favorite hobbies, sports, food, books and favorite activities with your children.
3. Ask your child how their day gone.
4. Help children in their school work, this will imorve their academics.
5. Read a story book together.
6. Drawing, coloring, painting together.
7. Ask about their choices for simple tasks.
8. Involve them in making decisions about simple houshold matters.
9. Go out for some fun activities.
10. Share things and most importantly your feelings with children so they can learn/understand how to express their emotions in appropriate way.
