As a Nutritionist what I recommend for Ketogenic/ keto diet?

INTRO:
This diet is basically developed to treat Epilepsy and brain disorder but people started to utilizing it to treat DM2 and obesity. Hence this become a trend in our society. You know as it make changes in your body weight abruptly, you see visible changes in earlier days. But you must have to know about drawbacks.

What is Keto diet?
>More fats and oils in your diet.
>Less CARBS in your diet like Roti, Chawal, Fruits, Milk, cereals; some food group are omitted.
>Normal protein intake.

How it works?
When there is more fat in our diet, our body start breaking fat and then utilising it for energy; making body use more fat then carbs for energy hence storage fat start breaking down. Making slim and smart figure.. wait wait just have a look at side effects. Ketone bodies in your body decreasing your appetite and releasing hormones of Satiety.

Does it go really smooth as it looks like?
Side effects of keto diet are;
•People get tired easily.
•People get so annoying and causing stress.

~Our Brain needs GLUCOSE for energy; glucose stores are depleted hence brain working declines and causing dizziness.

◇When you return to normal diet your weight gain is faster then earlier and you gain more weight as your metabolism is already altered.

*Major side effect is on kidney health as it disturbing normal GI function.

Long term use of Keto diet brings changes in LDL levels that is BAD CHOLESTEROL.
And here the chain if diseases begin;
•Heart diseases.
•BP raised.
•GIT disorders.
•Fatty liver.
And so on.

As the Food groups like Fruits, Grains, Milk are omitted and Vegetables are restricted you need extra supplementation of
