NO BAKE MULTI SEED GRANOLA ( A Sweet Tooth For Diabetes)
Here’s the Recipe below👇🏻
Ingredients:
• 1.5 cup oats
• ½ cup almonds
• ¼ cup pumpkin seeds
• 2 tbsp sunflower seeds
• ¼ cup cranberries
• ¼ cup black raisins
• ½ cup walnuts
• ¼ cup shredded coconut
• ½ cup cashew nuts
• 2 tbsp chia seeds
• ¼ tbsp vanilla essence
• 2-3 tbsp honey (or add according to taste)
Method:
• Roast oats in a pan for 5-7 minutes at low flame, stir continuously.
• In the same pan dry roast all the nuts and seeds for 5-7 minutes.
• Mix well all the ingredients in a bowl and spread the mixture on a tray.
• Refrigerate for a few hours, cut them into bars and enjoy!

TORTILLA PIZZA

Ingredients:
1 onion
2 tomatoes
1 capsicum
Half cup corn
200 gm mozzarella cheese
6 whole wheat tortillas
1 tsp mixed herbs or oregano
2 tsp chilli flakes

Directions
Chop all the vegetables.
Grate the cheese
Spread pizza sauce or tomato suace on the tortillas
Add all the vegetables on the tortilla then add the shredded cheese on top Sprinkle mixed herbs and chilli flakes.
Then cook on low heat on stove for 2 mins and then leave for a minute with lid closed for the cheese to melt.
Then serve with any sauce you like preferably sriracha sauce, peri peri sauce, marinara or bbq sauce. Avoid
mayo or creamy based sauces like ranch, mustard sauce and chipotle.

Chicken Garlic Rice With Coconut Curry( Especially For Hypothyroidism Patient)

Ingredients:
For marination:- Boneless chicken 1/2kg Fat free yogurt. 1/4cup Green paste. 4tbsp
For green paste:-
Green chillies (deseeded) 10-12 (chopped) Coriander seeds (roasted) 2tsp
Cumin seeds. (roasted) 2tsp
Garlic. 4-5 cloves
Onion. 1Spring onion (head)
1 Ginger.
1 inch piece
Lemon juice. 1 lemon
Lemon zest. 1 lemon
Fresh coriander. 6-8 thin stems

Iodised salt. 3/4tsp
Grind all the ingredients in a paste form.
For curry:-
Oil. 2tbsp
Whole red chillies. 4 Curry leaves. 6-8 Cumin seeds. 1/4tsp Coconut milk. 4tbsp Green paste. 3tbsp

Directions:-
1. Marinate the chicken in yogurt and green paste preferably overnight.
2. Add oil, whole red chillies, cumin and curry leaves. Once you feel the aroma, add a little coconut milk and green paste. Then add one cup of coconut milk and cook till it thickens.

3. Add diced tomatoes, capsicums and sliced green chillies.
4. Cook marinated chicken separately in another pan.
5. Then add cooked chicken in the cooked curry.
6. Garnish it with lemon slices and serve with garlic
rice.
For Garlic Rice:-
1. Boil 1 1⁄2 cup rice with 1 1/2tsp of Himalayan salt.
2. Take two cloves of chopped garlic in 1/4tsp oil. Add
3/4th done boiled rice and stir.
Preparation time: 30-40mins Servings: 6-8 persons
