Glimpses of my January….

-Some ups & down but Shukar Alhamdulilah for everything.
-Online retail therapy going strong.
-Heard that Cloud Velver/ Cloud Dancer is the Pantone colour of 2026. Gave an excuse to shop more online😎.
-These two attending all the winter weddings on my behalf 😊

I had to take my postop care very seriously but with in a few days I started to get an itch that only work would settle .
Since I couldn’t resume full time work for 6 weeks postop , I started online , set up comfortable home office . In addition I enrolled myself in some online training courses in Europe …. The classes were very long … some days the pain wouldn’t let me concentrate on lectures so I would log out and would watch the recordings of the rest of the session

The start of 2026 hasbn heavy . Loosing some great people who were larger than life , whether it was my best friend’s father or my husband’s mentor - it wasn’t easy . They had shaped our lives in so many ways . Keeping everyone in my prayers and praying that everyone finds peace and strength. Can’t tell how eagerly I am waiting for Ramazan …..

Foggy mornings, physio , follow - ups …………..,
So many of you have reached out . Thank you so much for your duas & love . Honestly some days are easy while others are a bit heavy …. But Alhamdulilah for everything… A lot of you ( I am not amazed by the number , are suffering from the issues similar to mine …. I havebn getting back to each one individually regarding my experience uptil now …. I would get back to everyone with whatever I have learned through immense research I did in my pre-op phase and post-op recovery process uptil now

When I look at myself, I see someone Allah has been incredibly good to. So many prayers answered quietly, so much protection I didn’t even realize I needed and so many moments where things could have gone differently but didn’t. I’m genuinely thankful for how far his grace has brought me. AH.

End of the year wasn’t easy but I believe that JUB WU AZMATA HAE TU NAWAZTA BHE HAE .
One month of being in bed followed by an open spinal surgery . Still a considerable time required for complete recovery .
We think that since we are carrying it well , it doesn’t affect our body . NO . That’s wrong .
Our body is keeping the record and data and once it’s worn out , it is going to stop and you have to face it . .
