Since I was away from work for a couple of months , i noticed few thgs which I didn’t realize before …. And these are the thgs that we all ( serving in the health care ) suffer ….. we give them many names but I think , I will call them career trauma :- 1/ Over explaining yourself to people who are committed to misunderstanding you.
2 /Feeling guilty when you take your paid time off.
You struggle to rest without anxiety,
because your value was measured by availability.
3 /Always expecting something to go wrong.
You stay braced even during calm moments, because peace at work never lasted long.
4 /Being hyper independent.
You do everything yourself,
because “if you want it done right, do it yourself” the mantra .

5 / Managing everyone else’s emotions except your own.
6 / Shrinking your needs to keep the peace.
