It's not about villianizing an approach but rather understanding when and where they are necessary and how to navigate this journey mindfully.

It's not that a vaginal birth is always empowering and positive, and a Csection is always traumatic. It can be the opposite as well.

Breech presentation simply means baby’s bottom or feet are down instead of head — and while it can feel stressful, there are gentle, effective ways to encourage your baby to turn before birth (especially between 32–36 weeks). 💫

Early Sunday morning, 4th May, our brave Mama SA welcomed her baby girl naturally Earthside. It is always an honour and a pleasure to work with dedicated mothers. I always say no doula in the world can help you if you are not committed to achieving your desired birth experience. Mama S, a doctor herself, took my classes and honored me by choosing me to support her as her doula. She took her personalised birth prep alignment and movement sessions and religiously practised her movements throughout pregnancy and labor. Im super proud of how she navigated this whole journey, staying active, eating healthy, and staying mindful, MashaAllah!! Even in her final most intense moments she advocated for herself and her preferences MashaAllah.

This birth I got to experience birth as a family event like it used to be years and years ago where momma is surrounded by her loved ones, the women of the family, the wise, the ones who have birthed before, holding her and supporting her through every surge.🩷Alot of emotions and cries of joy, It was a beautiful and memorable experience Alhamdulillah.
