*Building Resilience: Stress Management Workshop for PGRs at PIMH*
To address the rising stress and psychological challenges faced by medical trainees, *Medical Education & Counselling Department of PIMH in Collaboration with Wellness Club* by Department of Clinical Psychology organized an interactive Stress Management Workshop for postgraduate residents (PGRs). The session focused on practical coping strategies to manage academic pressure, workplace stress, and enhance psychological wellbeing.
This CME activity held under the *patronage of Prof. Dr. Aysha Rashid,* Executive Director, the workshop organizers were *Prof. Dr. Ammara Butt* and *Ms. Aqila Unbrin,* Principal Clinical Psychologist,
*Facilitators *Ms. Sara Ishaq and Mr. Yousaf Raza*( Clinical Psychologists) led engaging activities, relaxation techniques, and scenario-based discussions to help participants develop healthier ways of managing stress.
*Ms. Aqila Unbrin* highlighted the growing need for such initiatives to support postgraduate residents and promote better psychological wellbeing in demanding medical environments.
In her remarks, *Prof. Dr. Ammara Butt* emphasized the importance of learning to manage everyday stressors, while *Prof. Dr. Aysha Rashid* concluded by encouraging skill building, realistic expectations, and the practice of gratitude to strengthen psychological wellbeing.
