بلڈ شوگر کو کنٹرول کرنے میں مدد گار: جرنل آف فوڈ فار نیوٹریشن میں شائع تحقیق میں کہا گیا ہے کہ کڑی پتے خون میں شوگر کا لیول کنٹرول کرنے میں انتہائی مؤثر ہیں جب کہ اس میں موجود فائبر شوگرلیول کو کم کرنے میں بھی مدد دیتا ہے اس کے لیے ہر کھانے میں کڑی پتے کا استعمال کریں اور اسے آپ نہار منہ بھی کھا سکتے ہیں۔

دل کی بیماریوں سے بچاتا ہے: جرنل آف چینی میڈیسن کے مطابق کڑی پتہ خون میں کولیسٹرول لیول کو کنٹرول کرتا ہے یہ کولسیٹرول کو آکسیڈنٹ ہونے سے بچاتا ہے کیوں کہ یہ ڈی آکسیڈنٹ سے بھرپور ہوتا ہے۔

ہاضمے میں مؤثر: کڑی پتے کارمینیٹو سے بھرپور ہوتے ہیں اس لیے یہ بد ہضمی میں انتہائی مؤثر ہے۔ ماہرین طب کا کہنا ہے کہ کڑی پتے میں قبض کے خاتمے کی خوبیاں بھی پائی جاتی ہیں جو معدے کو متوازن رکھتی ہیں۔

کیمو تھراپی کے سائیڈ ایفکٹس کو کم کرتا ہے: ایک تحقیق کے مطابق کڑی پتے میں کیمو تھراپی کے مضر اثرات کو کم کرنے کے حیرت انگیز صلاحیت موجود ہوتی ہے یہ کیمو تھراپی کے دوران کروموسوم کو تباہ ہونےسے بچاتا ہے جب کہ یہ بون میرو کی حفاطت کرتا ہے۔ ایک اور تحقیق کے مطابق کڑی پتے میں کینسر سے بچانے کے عناصر بھی پائے جاتے ہیں۔
