Pe**le fracture is urology emergency in which patient during in*******se experiences popping sound followed by immediate detumescence and swelling with or without bend in pe**le shaft. In rare cases it may be associated with urethral injury as well shown by urinary retention and urethral bleeding/hematuria. In Time surgical repair prevents future erectile dysfunction and urethral stricture/chordee. A case of pe**le fracture and urethral injury repaired surgically.
