Laison plus is a private sector organization aims to provide services in the field of health and technology .laison plus was established in 2022 in order to offer services regarding psychotherapy ,counseling and psychological assessment and management of behavioral problem specially in children.Laison plus with the collaboration of various organization provide services in the betterment of special need children and promote their healthy living so they could become better member of society.The organization serves as rehabilitation centre for special need children and and also provide psychiatric treatment and vocational training of individuals.In the field of counseling and psychotherapy we provide consultation to the individuals specially females and children on online and in person mode as well.laison plus has various projects i.e technical support system and engage in serving various govt and private companies and institutes in the field of technology.Our eminent professional include Muhammad zubair bhatti(director IT),samra kyinat(MSCPSY) ,clinical psychologist and researcher ,eidetic therapist for trauma,NLP practitioner,Muhammad Dr awais bhatti (MBBS),Ms jawaria Nazar(occupational therapist) Ms Sobia(psychiatrist ) and miss Anum Shazia(clinical psychologist).

Effective Mental Exercises to Enhance Memory

Different exercises can make our memory and mental powers stronger. Science also supports the fact that mental exercise and certain activities make the brain function better by making connections among neurons (brain cells) strong.

Exercises for Concentration and Focus Focus your mind: Give your total attention to any work and do it without break.
Meditation: Deep breathing and mental calming for 10-15 minutes every day.

Visual Memory Exercises
Memory Palace Technique: Connect information to a particular place or route to aid in remembering it.
Story-building Exercise: Construct a story based on hard-to-remember items to make them easier to remember.

Word and Number Memory Exercises
Word Memorization Exercise: Memorize 5-10 new words each day and apply them in sentences.

Brain Games and Puzzles
Engage in playing games such as chess and Sudoku that improve mental acuity.
Do puzzles and math problems to work your brain.
