We're very pleased to announce that Hear & Now is being showcased at the Virtual National General Assembly 2020, for IFMSA-Pakistan!

As part of the competiton, likes and views on a YouTube video is being used as a metric to judge which activity shall be crowned the best of them all!

Ladies and gentlemen, the time has come.

Over the past 5 weeks, Team Hear & Now has conducted 4 MindShops on various topics, with the intent of improving lives for those around as.

And with that, the time has come, for the last MindShop for this academic year.

MindShop #5: Managing Depression and Preventing Su***de

We all know someone who goes through things that break them. Sometimes that person is us.

With MindShop #5 we hope to help us all try to understand how to manage depression better, for us and for those around us, in an attempt to fight back against the rising tide of depression and su***de.
