I had the privilege of serving as the resource person in seminar entitled Building a Foundation for Success: Mental Health and Beyond on 30th April, 2025. As a psychologist at CGCC, LCWU, I emphasized the critical role mental health plays in both personal and academic success. The Department of Botany, LCWU hosted the event under Active Citizen Project. Through meaningful discussions, we explored practical strategies to foster resilience and well-being, creating a supportive and productive academic environment for students and faculty alike.
In addition to this, my work as a Resource Person & Advisor for the Active Citizen Project has been a deeply enriching experience. By empowering youth through resilience-building initiatives and educational programs, we are fostering a network of engaged young individuals dedicated to advocating for positive societal change. I have had the opportunity to guide youth networks and train professionals—helping shape a generation of active citizens committed to inclusivity and progress.
This journey reinforces my commitment to creating sustainable advocacy platforms, ensuring that young individuals have the knowledge, confidence, and skills to build a brighter future.
Grateful to be part of these transformative initiatives! 🌟
