Shahida Islam Nursing College had the honor of hosting a spiritually enriching session delivered by M***i Muhammad Anwar on the importance of Roza (fasting).

M***i Sahib highlighted the spiritual, moral, and social significance of fasting in Islam, emphasizing patience, self-discipline, empathy for the needy, and strengthening one’s connection with Allah (SWT).
The session provided valuable guidance to our students, inspiring them to uphold Islamic values alongside their professional responsibilities in the noble field of nursing.
We sincerely thank M***i Muhammad Anwar Haqani for his enlightening words and prayers for our students’ success in both deen and dunya.

The seminar on Health Promotion & Disease Prevention emphasized the importance of preventive healthcare strategies, community awareness, lifestyle modification, early screening, and the nurse’s pivotal role in reducing disease burden through education and advocacy.

The session on Infection Control and Violations in Healthcare Settings focused on standard precautions, hand hygiene, use of PPE, sterilization protocols, and the serious consequences of non-compliance with infection prevention guidelines in clinical environments
