Primary symptoms of dengue appear three to 15 days after the mosquito bite and include high fever and severe headache, with severe pain behind the eyes that is apparent when trying to move the eyes. Other associated symptoms are joint pain, muscle and bone pain, rash, and mild bleeding

The most common symptom of dengue is fever with any of the following:
Nausea, vomiting.
Rash.
Aches and pains (eye pain, typically behind the eyes, muscle, joint, or bone pain)
Any warning sign.

ڈینگی بخار میں مبتلا مریض کو کیا کرنا چاہیے:
1۔ پیراسیٹامول (پیناڈول) گولیاں ہر 6 گھنٹے بعد جسمانی درد اور تیز بخار کے لیے لیں ۔۔
2.پانی یا نمکول کا استعمال زیادہ سے زیادہ کریں
3۔ اگر ہر کھانے سے آدھے گھنٹے پہلے متلی محسوس ہو یا قے ہو تو موٹیلیم گولیاں یا گریونیٹ لیں۔
4. اچھی خوراک لیں۔
کم از کم 1 ہفتہ مکمل بستر آرام۔
6۔ اسپرین ، بروفین ، پونسٹن یا کسی دوسرے NSAIDS درد کش دوائیوں سے پرہیز کریں۔
7۔ اگر مریض کو ناک سے خون ، پاخانہ ، پیشاب یا جلد سے خون آ رہا ہو تو ڈاکٹر سے رجوع کریں۔۔۔
#سب سے اہم ڈینگی وائرس مچھر کے کاٹنے سے مکمل طور پر انسانی جسم میں منتقل ہوتا ہے لہذا ہر ایک کو مکمل احتیاطی تدابیر اختیار کرنی چاہئیں۔
