Sindh Rural Partners Organization (SRPO) is a non-profit & non-governmental organization working for Poverty Alleviation, Rural Development and Women Empowerment. SRPO is a woman headed, professionally managed, and committed indigenous organization, active in rural development and humanitarian activities through building capacity of local communities in managerial and technical themes. SRPO also involves in service delivery activities on the basis of community needs. The primary focus of SRPO is to provide a friendly environment to poor who are deprived and struggling to enjoy peaceful life with dignity. SRPO also works in Community Empowerment, Gender Equity & Equality, Capacity Building, Healthcare Services, Education, Sustainable Livelihood, and Shelter, Food Security, Humanitarian Response, Rule of Law, Water & Sanitation. Poverty Alleviation, Disaster Management, Community Empowerment, Capacity Building and Environment are cross cutting consideration of SRPO activities. Vision:

Organizational Objectives:
• To build the capacity of associated Community Based Organizations, community resource persons and social activists to lead the social change
• To advocate and ensure raising awareness on applied education, alternative energy, early childhood, pollution free environment, gender equality, mother and child healthcare, natural resources management and basic human rights.
• To ensure community participation in development process to develop a human cadre and enhance their capacities and skills
• To establish knowledge based resource centers for advancing the intellectual capacity of young generation with special focus on girls
• Provide help and assistance to local NGOs and CBOs in setting of strategic and thematic Programs
• To mobilize community support mechanisms to effectively monitor human rights with particular focus on Child Rights, Women Rights, Minority Rights and Rights of Disable Persons
• To preserve the natural luxuries and forest life through establishing wild life protection committees
• To attempt minimizing disaster risks faced by communities during natural disaster through relief and rehabilitative activities

SRPO is legally entitled to work in entire Sindh Province of Pakistan and ot has covered 12 district out of 23 district of Sindh province. Target Group:
The target groups of SRPO are the poorest households of the area who does not have access to economic opportunities, healthcare services and neglected in terms of general development. These households are carefully selected by SRPO staff and the village organization. The main object of the program is to enhance the socio-economic, health and educational status the selected beneficiaries, 90% of which are women and children.
