Children Hospital Multan
A Center of Hope for Ailing Children
The first day of 2026 began with the birthday of the Dean of Children Hospital Multan, Professor Dr. Kashif Chishti.
On this occasion, it is a matter of great pride to highlight that during the year 2025, Children Hospital Multan provided free medical care to nearly 700,000 children belonging to Punjab, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, and Balochistan. Among them, approximately 7,000 children underwent successful surgeries.
If parents accompanying these children are included, this institution served as a center of hope for nearly 1.4 million parents. Furthermore, if an average of 4 to 5 attendants accompanied each child, it is estimated that 4 to 5 million people visited Children Hospital Multan throughout the year, all of whom had direct interaction with doctors, nursing, and paramedical staff.
This remarkable performance would not have been possible without the effective leadership of Professor Dr. Kashif Chishti. His office always remains open to patients, parents, and hospital staff, which is the hallmark of a truly exemplary leader.
On this day, a cake was cut to celebrate the birthday of Professor Dr. Kashif Chishti, and heartfelt appreciation was expressed for the outstanding performance of Children Hospital Multan during 2025.
