A 4 year child preset with complaint of vomiting and pain abdomen, MRCP done which shows distal CBD stone on ERCP examination bulbous ampulla seen, PD cannulated but could not be stented, CBD cannulated, small filling defect in distal CBD on cholangiogram, biliary sphincterotomy done, and stone extracted with 8mm stone extraction balloon trawl, occlusion cholangiogram was normal, good flow of bile observed.A 4 year child preset with complaint of vomiting and pain abdomen, MRCP done which shows distal CBD stone on ERCP examination bulbous ampulla seen, PD cannulated but could not be stented, CBD cannulated, small filling defect in distal CBD on cholangiogram, biliary sphincterotomy done, and stone extracted with 8mm stone extraction balloon trawl, occlusion cholangiogram was normal, good flow of bile observed.
