An interesting case of Primary PCI done today.
55 year old Male with history of chest pain of 3 hours Diagnosed as Infero PosteroLateral wall MI.
Engagement of Right System through JR4 Catheter revealed Aberrant origin of Left Coronary artery from right coronary ostium with total occlusion of RCA. Successfully deployed stent in distal RCA. with restoration of TIMI 3 flow.
