Hope has been incorporated in 2007 under the Voluntary social welfare agencies ordinance 1961. (XLVI of 1961) and is governed by an executive committee (Board of Organization) consisting of professionals which comprehensive knowledge and understanding about social development. The office of the organization is situated at 337-F Shah Rukan-e-Alam Colony Multan

Our Mission:
To build a society by enhancing the expertise knowledge and literacy rate of masses, where justice, peace humanity and gender equality prevails.
Objectives:
Provide health facilities along with basic health training and education.
Promote development culture through leadership and organizational development.
Increase awareness and promote positive maternal and neonatal health behavior.
Increase access to and community involvement in maternal and child health services.
Provide formal and non-formal education with the career development training.
Create awareness for peace, justice and human rights and development for healthy and seminars.
To work for the economic and social uplifts Natural Resource Management and skill development.
To provide relief, rehabilitation and preparedness services to disaster hit communities.
To animate communities on Gender issues.
Goal:
Enlarging to help and support marginalize people to benefit from the development process through participatory gender balance approaches in order to achieved sustainable livelihood and to strive to eliminate poverty in backward.
The ultimate goal of HVO is to serve and facilitate the marginalize section of the society towards their integral development through community organizing process, and raising critical consciousness to bring about a change which would ultimately lead the people to make positive change in their attitude and behaviors concerning their future, life and human values.

Organ gram:
Hope voluntary organization’s organizational structure comprises of volunteers and paid staff. The volunteer consists of member of General Body( include gender balanced representative of the community) and board member (also include community representative), where as paid staff comprises hope management, professionals, subject specialists, support staff and skill labor. Hope is entirely a known political, non partisan, non religious not for profit develop organization working on humanitarian ground for improving the quality of life. It has got set principal and the values according to local culture and wisdom of the area. Its management is completely participatory and the level of decision making is decentralized. Hope know consists of two field offices covering two union councils of district Multan.
Achievements:
HVO had worked in thirteen (13) Union councils of Tehsil and district Multan. The community of 13 union councils has 60% aware about Hepatitis and HIV/Aids and preventive measure, Capacity of organization has been built up due to this project.
HVO is working in the project of blood bank and providing Screening blood to the emergency, accidental case and delivery case at free of cost. We have provided 121 blood bags to the different patients in Nishtar Hospital Multan. We have registered 449 blood donor due to blood donation campaigns.
We are running four education institutes on self help bases 660 students are taking benefits from the institutions in Kot Rabnawaz from 2004
We have conducted various seminars, workshops and community dialogue for awareness of peace, justice, human rights and interfaith harmony among various religions.

Conclusion of HVO:
Muzafargarh, Dera Ghazi Khan, Rajanpur, Layah and some areas of Multan District are facing a lot of basic issues regarding development, due to natural disaster (Flood & draughts). And livelihood of the area has been captured in disaster 2010.
Hope has taken some efforts with the technical assistant of donors and with support of some other partners but still existing a lot of a community need in the ground for rehabilitation of agriculture land, rehabilitation of watercourses, drinking water, health facilities and other basic issues which are necessary for uplifting life stander of community.
Hope voluntary Organization believe on empowering of people any efforts of disaster risk reduction will be appreciated and welcome development standard practices in targeted areas of Hope Voluntary Organization. and HOPE would be like to opportunities which want focusing livelihoods option integrate areas of Hope voluntary Organization, HOPE also believe on networking, co ordination and linkages among the communities, donors, partners , HOPE stakeholders, local bodies and line department.
