Important Meeting Update | IDF & IPF Nowshera

Today, the President of Insaf Doctors Forum Nowshera, the President of Insaf Doctors Forum NMC Student Wing, and the President of Insaf Paramedics Forum Nowshera held an important meeting with the Dean NMC, MD, and HD QHAMC .

Several key issues were discussed in detail, including:
- Student concerns
- Ground facility issues
- Attendance system challenges
- Staff salary delays
- Sunday & Saturday off-days for TMOs & HOs

The meeting also included a session with the Finance Director, where the issue of salary disbursement for QHAMC staff was thoroughly discussed.

All participants gave a very positive response, and the leadership assured to address the issues raised.

This meeting marks a strong step forward in solving long-standing concerns of both students and hospital staff.

IDF Nowshera – Meeting Highlight

Under the leadership of Dr. Hussain Ahmad, President of Insaf Doctors Forum (IDF) Nowshera, a productive General Body Meeting was held today.

The meeting was attended by:
- IDF Nowshera members
- President of IDF NMC
- Other Members of IDF NMC
- President of Insaf Nursing Forum
- president of insaf paramedic forum
- And several other respected members of the healthcare community.

Key issues discussed included:
1. Salary Increment for the staff of the college and hospital, in line with the 10% increase approved by the KP Government.
2. Staff Regularization to ensure job security and fair service structure.
3. Electricity Crisis affecting hostels students.
4. Parking Relocation – A strong demand was made to shift the current parking area in front of the college to a more suitable location outside the main gate, to reduce congestion and improve safety.

InshaAllah, follow-up action will begin soon to resolve these pressing issues through proper channels.

Insaf Doctors Forum Nowshera has officially submitted an application to the Honorable BOG Chairman of Qazi Hussain Ahmad Medical Complex and Nowshera Medical College, requesting a salary increment for employees.

This request is in light of the 10% salary increase recently announced by the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Provincial Government for government employees.

InshaAllah, a formal notification of salary increment is expected to be issued in the upcoming BOG meeting.

This is a positive step towards encouraging staff morale, performance, and retention of skilled professionals.

پشاور – 18 جولائی 2025 کو باچاخان ڈینٹل کالج مردان کو DDO اختیارات ملنے کے بعد، اب ایک اور سنگ میل سر کر لیا گیا ہے۔ حکومت خیبرپختونخوا فنانس ڈپارٹمنٹ کی جانب سے 04 ستمبر 2025 کو جاری کردہ نوٹیفکیشن کے تحت باچاخان میڈیکل کالج اور باچاخان ڈینٹل کالج کا بجٹ باضابطہ طور پر منقسم کر دیا گیا ہے اور ڈینٹل کالج کے لیے نیا DDO کوڈ الاٹ کر دیا گیا ہے۔

اس فیصلے کے بعد:
• باچاخان ڈینٹل کالج مردان کو مالی و انتظامی طور پر مکمل خودمختاری حاصل ہو گئی ہے۔
• کالج اب خیبر کالج آف ڈینٹسٹری کی طرز پر ایک آزاد اور بااختیار ادارہ بن گیا ہے۔
