Here is a recipe for a healthy and low calorie lemonade:
1cup water
2 table spoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
1-2 teaspoon honey or maple syrup
Optional: lemon slice and fresh mint for garnish
Directions :
In a glass, mix together water, lemon juice and honey or maple syrup until well combined. I prefer to blend it all.
Taste and adjust sweetness as needed. Add ice cubes to the glass, if desired garnish with a lemon slice and fresh mint, if desired.
