انتظامیہ و صوبائ حکومت کی نا اہلی ، غفلت اور لاپرواہی کی وجہ سے ایک اور مسیحا جان کی بازی ہار گئ۔

ڈی ایچ کیو ایبٹ آباد سےاغواء ڈاکٹر وردہ کی مسخ شدہ لاش ٹھنڈیانی سے برآمد جس کو بے دردی کے ساتھ قتل کیا گیا ہے۔

پولیس اور انتظامیہ کی بروقت ایکشن نہ لینے کی وجہ سے ڈاکٹر وردہ جان کی بازی ہارگئ۔

پیما چیف سیکرٹری ، ہیلتھ سیکرٹری ، وزیر صحت اور وزیر اعلی کے استعفی کا مطالبہ کرتی ہے جو اپنے ایک مسیحا کی زندگی نہ بچا سکے ۔

ایبٹ آباد پولیس کے تمام ذمہ داران کو معطل کیا جائے۔جن کی لاپرواہی سے ڈاکٹر وردہ کو قتل کیا گیا۔

پیما اس دکھ کی گھڑی میں ڈاکٹر وردہ کے خاندان کے ساتھ کھڑی ہے اور ہم ممکن مدد فراہم کرنے کی کوشش کرینگے۔

پیما صوبائ حکومت کو خبردار کرتی ہے کہ جلد از جلد قاتلوں کو گرفتار کرکے کیفر کردار تک پہنچایا جائے ، بصورت دیگر پیما تمام ہیلتھ کمیونٹی کو اعتماد میں لے کر ڈاکٹر وردہ کو انصاف دلانے کیلئے ہر حد تک جائے گی۔

پیما پاکستان تحریک انصاف کے ایم این اے اقبال آفریدی کی کویت ہسپتال کے ڈاکٹر اور عملہ کے ساتھ بد تمیزی اور ڈاکٹر کو ڈرانے دھمکانے اور دھکے دینے کی پرزور مذمت کرتی ہے۔

ایم این اے صاحب کا مریض زنانہ وارڈ میں داخل تھی، ایم این اے صاحب اپنے لوگوں کے ساتھ زنانہ وارڈ میں داخل ہوئے جس پر عملے نے ان کو بتایا کہ زنانہ وارڈ میں مردوں کا داخلہ منع ہے جس پر ایم این اے صاحب سیخ پا ہوگئے اورعملے کو دھمکانا شروع کردیا ۔

جب ڈیوٹی پر موجود ڈاکٹر صاحب نے ان سے گزارش کی کہ وارڈ سے باہر چلے جائے تو ان پر چلائے اور ان کو دھکے دئے اور دھمکایا۔

کویت ٹیچنگ ہسپتال زنانہ وارڈ میں پردے کا خصوصی خیال رکھتی ہے اور مریضوں کے ساتھ ایک زنانہ اٹینڈنت کی اجازت ہوتی ہے۔

پیما ایم این اے صاحب کے اس رویئے کی مذمت کرتی ہے جہاں قانون بنانے والے خود قانون کی پامالی کرتے ہیں ۔

پیما اقبال افریدی صاحب سے اپنے رویئے پر معذرت کی مطالبہ کرتی ہے ،بصورت دیگر پیما ایم این اے صاحب کے خلاف قانونی چارہ جوئ کرے گی۔

پاکستان اسلامک میڈیکل ایسوسئیشن کے پی کے کو ایبٹ آباد ڈی ایچ کیو ہسپتال کی لیڈی ڈاکٹرکے مبینہ اغواء پر انتہائی تشویش ہے۔

دو دن گزرنے کے باوجود لیڈی ڈاکٹر کا کوئ پتہ نہ چل سکا جو انتظامیہ کی نا اہلی کا منہ بولتا ثبوت ہے۔

حالیہ واقعے سے پوری ہیلتھ کئیر کمیونٹی میں گہری تشویش پائ جارہی ہے۔

پیما وزیر اعلی اور دیگر انتظامی عہدیداران سے مطالبہ کرتی ہے کہ اس معاملے کو ترجیحی بنیادوں پر حل کیا جائے اور لیڈی ڈاکٹر کو بحفاظت بازیاب کیا جائے،۔

پیما صوبائ حکومت سے مطالبہ کرتی ہے کہ صوبے میں طبی خدمات فراہم کرنے والے عملے کو مستقل بنیادوں پر تحفظ فراہم کیا جائے

Gomal Medical College — A Reality We Need to Talk About

Short attendance students exist in every medical college, but other institutions handle it sensibly — assignments, make-up classes, small fines, academic support.
But here in GMC, the so-called supreme leadership jumps straight to supplies.

Let’s be honest:
The problem isn’t “short attendance.”
The problem is ego — the belief that a student missing class is somehow a personal insult to authority.

This mindset is absurd, especially when the majority of students attend regularly, but the flawed attendance-calculation system drags percentages down, creating an illusion of mass absenteeism.

But even if attendance were low, has anyone cared to ask the real question?

Why are the classes so dull, uninspiring, and outdated that students don’t even want to attend?

Instead of improving teaching quality, updating teaching methods, or trying to understand students, the system chooses the easiest and most damaging tool:
Fear.
Fear of supplies.
Fear of punishment.
Fear that keeps students silent.

We are being governed by individuals backed by political influence rather than genuine academic vision — individuals whose contribution to meaningful medical education is zero, yet whose decisions control our careers.

This injustice needs attention.
This system needs reform.

PIMA KP stands firmly against this and will take the necessary actions.
