Purpose of visit:
The Student Humanity Forum under the Supervision of Human Rights Youth Organization, visited LRH hospital Peshawer, on Command of Coordinator of HRYO Sir haShim. The Primary objective of visit was to provide Medical support to Poor Patient admit in ICU from 13 days at LRH Hospital and make sure to fulfill every requirement by the order Medical Specialists accordingly Patient health.

History of patient:
The Human Rights Youth Organization was requested to visit a Patient belongs to NoShehra having skull fracture due to an Accedent happen on February 13,2025. Although Patient was refered to LRH hospital Peshawer for Neuro-Surgery. After 13 day's of putting in ICU, SHF team visit to the patient thus after long discussion with doctor and Medical specialist we find out patient health is stable and is shifted to Neuropecho wart for further procedure.

Conclusion:
Patient present at LRH Peshawer, having serious medical issue is now out of danger. SHF team after this visit reassured their family that HRYO is always thier to provide them medical support.

Report on SHF Representatives’ Visit to Medical Specialists

Date: February 12, 2025
Venue: Pak Medical Center Peshawar
Attendees:
• Muhammad (Office Head, SHF)
• Shoaib (Health Activities Head, SHF)
• Ahmad (Visiting Member, SHF)

Objective of the Visit:

The purpose of this visit was to meet with highly qualified medical specialists and request their support in providing free or partially subsidized treatment for underprivileged patients who cannot afford medical expenses.

Doctors Visited & Their Specializations:
1. Dr. Islam Gul – ENT Surgeon
2. Dr. Usman Haqqani – Neurosurgeon
3. Dr. Islam Shah – Medical Specialist

Outcome of the Visit:

The response from all three doctors was overwhelmingly positive. They appreciated SHF’s humanitarian efforts and assured their full support in providing medical assistance to deserving patients.
• They agreed to offer 100% free treatment for some cases and 50% subsidized treatment for others.
• They expressed their willingness to collaborate further in the futur
