Children with speech delays often begin by communicating through gestures, sounds, or non-verbal cues before forming words. Early intervention plays a vital role in helping them develop verbal communication, build confidence, and interact more effectively with those around them. Supportive guidance, consistent encouragement, and a language-rich environment can make a remarkable difference in their progress.
At Neuronest Autism Centre, Peshawar, we provide specialized speech therapy programs to help children achieve meaningful communication milestones.

In this video as an ABA therapist, with children we practice important social skills such as asking for help, setting boundaries, and responding to teasing in a respectful way.

In ABA ,through simple role-play scenarios, children learn to use phrases like “help me, please?”, “Stop, please”, and “I don’t like that.” They also learn to respect others’ boundaries and respond appropriately.

We use modeling, role-play, and positive reinforcement, this activity helps children develop communication skills, confidence, and healthy social interactions.

In ABA therapy how we Shaping Behavioral Flexibility ?
In ABA session, work with a child with Autism who often prefers completing tasks in his own fixed way and becomes upset when changes are introduced. This rigidity appears across different activities, including the color packboard.
While using ABA strategies, we provide gentle guidance and reinforce flexible responses with poems. Over time, the child gradually start learning to follow therapist-directed instructions and respond more flexibly during activities.

Mastering the movement! This activity combines core strengthening on the therapy ball with the challenge of a bilateral hand task. It requires the child to maintain trunk stability and postural control while reaching, grasping, and aiming with precision. We're working on improving hand-eye coordination and building a strong, stable foundation for all those important daily tasks. Every ring toss is a win for development!

Many parents look at their 18-month or 2-year-old child’s flat feet and start to worry. Is this normal? Should I be concerned? Am I missing something important?

The truth is that flat feet in babies and toddlers are completely normal. Most children do not develop visible arches until around the age of four. So if your child has soft flat feet, looks a little wobbly while standing, or has just started walking, this alone is not usually a problem.

However, what many parents don’t realize is that even when arches develop later, foot and posture issues can still appear if a child’s body doesn’t learn to use their feet properly. That’s why early movement habits and body awareness matter.

Foot and posture problems later in childhood are rarely only about genetics. They are often related to things like long periods of sitting with limited movement, early walking patterns, shoes that don’t properly support the child’s natural foot development, and uneven development of strength and coordination.

If you notice signs like flat feet that do not improve over time, feet turning inward or outward, ankles collapsing inward, or unusual standing and walking patterns, early attention can make a big difference.

The good news is that there is a lot parents can do early to support healthy foot development, balance, and posture as their child grows.

Childhood Stuttering Management: Generalization of Fluency Skills Across Natural Environments.

Childhood stuttering therapy is not only about speaking fluently in a one-to-one session. The real success of therapy is when a child can use learned strategies in daily life — at school, at home, and in social gatherings.

Through structured group exposure, question-answer practice, and real-life speaking situations, children are guided to apply their strategies while talking in front of others. This helps them manage speaking pressure, reduce fear, and build confidence.
Generalization bridges the gap between therapy and real-world communication. When a child can answer questions, express ideas, and participate socially while using fluency techniques, that is meaningful progress.
At Neuronest Autism Center, our goal is not just fluent speech — it is confident communication in everyday life.
