Root Canal Treatment in 1st Premolar with Perfection 👍

🔹 Step-by-Step Procedure:
1. Diagnosis & Anesthesia – X-ray/CBCT confirms infection; tooth is numbed for a painless procedure.
2. Access Cavity – A small opening is made in the tooth to reach the pulp chamber.
3. Canal Location & Negotiation – All canals (usually 2 in upper 1st premolar, 1 or 2 in lower 1st premolar) are carefully identified.
4. Cleaning & Shaping – Special rotary or hand files are used with irrigants (NaOCl, EDTA) to remove infected pulp and shape canals.
5. Disinfection – Canals are thoroughly flushed and dried for complete sterilization.
6. Obturation (Filling Canals) – Canals are sealed with gutta-percha and sealer to prevent reinfection.
7. Restoration – Tooth is restored with composite/core build-up and later protected with a crown for strength.
