باپ نے اپنی بیٹی سے کہا تم نے اعزاز کے ساتھ گریجویشن کی ہے، یہ ایک کار ہے جو میں نے کئی سال پہلے خریدی تھی۔ اب کچھ پرانی ہو گئی ہے۔ لیکن اس سے پہلے کہ میں یہ آپ کو دے دوں، اسے کسی استعمال شدہ کار ڈیلر کے پاس لے جاؤ اور اس کی قیمت لگواؤ دیکھتے ہیں کہ وہ آپ کو اس کی کتنی پیشکش کرتے ہیں۔

بیٹی استعمال شدہ کار ڈیلر کے پاس گئی، اپنے والد کے پاس واپس آئی، اور کہا، "انہوں نے مجھے $1,000 کی پیشکش کی کیونکہ ان کا کہنا تھا کہ یہ کافی پرانی لگ رہی ہے۔"

باپ نے کہا اب اسے کباڑئیے کی دکان پر لے چلو۔ بیٹی کباڑئیے کی دکان پر گئی، اپنے والد کے پاس واپس آئی، اور کہا، " کباڑئیے نے صرف 100 ڈالر کی پیشکش کی ہے کیونکہ یہ ایک پرانی گاڑی ہے۔"

باپ نے اپنی بیٹی سے کہا کہ وہ اب کسی بڑے کار کلب میں جائے اور انہیں گاڑی دکھائے۔ بیٹی اس کے بعد گاڑی ایک بڑے کار کلب لے گئی، واپس آئی اور اپنے والد سے کہا، "کلب کے کچھ لوگوں نے اس کے لیے $100,000 کی پیشکش کی ہے کیونکہ یہ نسان اسکائی لائن R34 ہے، یہ ایک مشہور کار ہے اور بہت سے پرآنی کاروں کو جمع کرنے والے اس کی تلاش میں تھے۔"

اب باپ نے اپنی بیٹی سے کہا، "صحیح جگہ آپ کی صحیح قدر کا تعین کرتی ہے،" اگر آپ کی قدر نہیں کی جاتی ہے تو ناراض نہ ہوں، اس کا مطلب ہے کہ آپ غلط جگہ پر ہیں۔ جو لوگ آپ کی قدر جانتے ہیں وہی آپ کی قدر کرتے ہیں...... کبھی ایسی جگہ مت ٹھہرو جہاں آپ کی قدر نہ ہو ۔

اپنے آپ کو وہاں رہنے پر مجبور نہ کریں جہاں آپ کا احترام نہیں کیا جاتا...
جہاں آپ کی قدر ہو وہیں رہیں.

ابن سینانے ایک تجربہ کیا۔اور دو میمنوں کو پنجرے میں رکھا۔
میمنے ایک ہی عمر ، وزن ، ایک ہی نسل کے تھے اور دونوں کوایک ہی قسم کا چارہ کھلایا گیا۔تمام حالات برابر رکھے۔
ابن سینانے میمنوں کے پنجروں کی ایک طرف ایک اور پنجرارکھا اور اس پنجرے میں ایک بھیڑیا رکھا اور میمنوں میں سے صرف ایک میمنااُس بھیڑیے کو دیکھ سکتا تھا۔
کئی مہینوں بعد ، میمنا جو بھیڑیا کو دیکھتا ہے مر جاتا ہے کیونکہ وہ بے چین ، خوفزدہ اور کمزور ہوتا ہے۔ اگرچہ بھیڑئے نے میمنے کو کچھ نہیں کیا ، لیکن میمنہ اس خوف اور دباؤ کی وجہ سے مر گیا جو اس نے محسوس کیا۔
جبکہ دوسرا میمنا ، جو بھیڑیا و نہیں دیکھ سکتا تھا ، اچھی طرح سے کھاتا تھا اور اُسکا وزن بھی بڑھا گیا کیونکہ وہ کافی پرامن رہا۔
اس تجربے میں ابن سینا نے صحت اور جسم پر ذہنی اثرات کے مثبت اور منفی اثرات کا مشاہدہ کیا۔ غیر ضروری خوف ، فکر ، اضطراب اور تناؤ انسانی جسم کو نقصان پہنچاتے ہیں۔
اگر آپ کو زندگی کی مشکلات کاسامنا کرکے آگے بڑھنا ہے تو اپنی راہ میں آنے والے ہر خوف کو نظر انداز کر نا سیکھیں پھر ہی آپ کامیابی کی سیڑھیوں پہ چڑھ سکیں گے۔💯
