You are not broken.
You are not infertile.
Most couples trying to conceive miss the 24–48 hour fertile window.
Ovulation timing matters more than people realize.
Apps guess.
Calendars assume.
Your body doesn’t.
And mistiming is fixable.
If you’ve been trying to get pregnant and feeling discouraged, this might be why.
Comment “TIMING” and I’ll guide you.

Left-side sleeping during pregnancy is not just comfort advice. It is evidence-based maternal care.

When you sleep on your left side, you reduce compression of the inferior vena cava, improve maternal cardiac output, and enhance uteroplacental blood flow. Better circulation means better oxygen and nutrient delivery to your baby.

From 20 weeks onward, side sleeping, especially left lateral position, supports fetal growth, reduces swelling, and helps prevent supine hypotensive syndrome.

If staying on your side all night feels difficult, proper pregnancy pillow support can help maintain spinal alignment and optimal blood flow.

Healthy sleep equals healthy circulation. Healthy circulation supports healthy baby development.

Save this. Share with a pregnant mother.

Ovulation is not always day 14. Even with regular cycles, your fertile window can shift.

Watch your body, not just your app.

Clear stretchy discharge

Mild one sided pelvic pain

Positive LH surge

These are real signs your body may be ovulating this week.

If you are trying to conceive, timing in*******se within 24 to 36 hours of LH surge improves your chances.

Save this for your cycle tracking. Share with someone who is TTC.

Back pain in pregnancy is common — but it’s not something you just have to tolerate.

As your baby grows, the extra weight shifts your center of gravity forward, increases lumbar lordosis, and strains your pelvis. On top of that, lying on your back after 20 weeks can compress the inferior vena cava, reducing blood return and affecting circulation.

The solution isn’t just “rest more.”

It’s proper posture + correct side sleeping + adequate support.
When your spine and pelvis are aligned at night, your body can finally recover from the day-long pressure of carrying your baby.
Support your body the way it deserves. 💛

Many women experience a miscarriage without even realizing it.

Not all symptoms are obvious — and some are often ignored.

Light bleeding, cramps, or sudden loss of pregnancy symptoms should never be dismissed. Early medical attention matters.

If something doesn’t feel right, trust your instincts and consult your gynaecologistist.

🩺 Awareness can save lives and protect future pregnancies.
