I’m Dr Iqra Iftikhar, a physiotherapist and nutritional therapist. I hold a Doctor of Physiotherapy (DPT) degree from the University of Sargodha (PAK) and a Level 5 Professional Diploma (equivalent to two years of bachelor's degree) in Nutritional Therapy (NT) from The Health Sciences Academy, UK. My passion lies in promoting health and well-being by combining physiotherapy and nutrition to help individuals achieve a healthier and more balanced life. I believe in building a strong patient-doctor relationship through empathy, active listening, and understanding of individual needs. By combining my expertise in physiotherapy and nutrition, I create tailored treatment plans that not only address the root causes of health issues but also empower patients to take charge of their well-being for a healthier and more fulfilling life.
