Experience: 0-1 Years
Selection: Effective Urdu and English communications skills.
Industry: Financial Services
Timings: 9:00 AM to 06:00 PM (Day Shift)
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Answer or make calls to clients and address their needs, complaints, or other issues with
products or services
• Build lasting relationships with clients and other call center team members based on trust and
reliability
• Understand and strive to meet or exceed call center metrics while providing excellent and
consistent customer service
• Take part in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of the company
and position
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures
Job Requirement:
• Effective written and verbal communication skills in Urdu and English with proper grammar.
• Positive attitude, goal oriented and solid work ethic.
• Understanding of company products, services, and policies.
• Proficiency with computers, especially with CRM software, and strong typing skills will be a
plus.
Benefits:
• This position comes with the basic salary of 25,000 PKR plus bonuses.
