𝗣𝗮𝗸𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻 𝗥𝗮𝗶𝗹𝘄𝗮𝘆 𝗚𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗛𝗼𝘀𝗽𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹 recently organized an insightful training session led by 𝗗𝗿. 𝗔𝗺𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗮 𝗔𝘆𝘂𝗯, Assistant Professor Paediatrics and co-facilitator 𝗗𝗿. 𝗙𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗮𝗮 𝗭𝘂𝗯𝗮𝗶𝗿. The session focused on elevating the standards of child-centered care and aligning with global health protocols.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗧𝗼𝗽𝗶𝗰𝘀 𝗖𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗱:

𝗣𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗰 & 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗵 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗲: Principles of family-centered care, effective communication, safeguarding patient rights, and meeting Accreditation & PHC requirements.
𝗜𝗻𝗳𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗙𝗲𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗣𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗰𝘆: Promoting exclusive breastfeeding, early initiation roles for Obs & Gynae and Paediatric teams, and ensuring strict policy compliance.

The event was graced by 𝗛𝗢𝗗 𝗣𝗮𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗰𝘀 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗳. 𝗗𝗿. 𝗠𝘂𝗵𝗮𝗺𝗺𝗮𝗱 𝗧𝗮𝗵𝗶𝗿 and 𝗛𝗢𝗗 𝗢𝗽𝗵𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗺𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝘆 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗳. 𝗗𝗿. 𝗔𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗾 𝗠𝗶𝗿𝘇𝗮. It saw active participation from consultants, PG trainees, MBBS students, and our dedicated nursing staff, all committed to improving the quality and safety of patient care.
