If I could start over as an 18-year-old, here are the 5 things I’d do differently for my skin 🩷

1️⃣ I will treat breakouts early instead of “waiting it out.”
Acne is a medical condition and delaying treatment only leads to scars, pigmentation, and years of frustration.

2️⃣ I will build a simple routine, not a complicated one. A gentle cleanser, moisturizer, SPF and one active ingredient according to my skin type.

3️⃣ I would fix my lifestyle before buying more products.
Sleep, hydration, stress control, and diet play a bigger role than any serum ever will.

4️⃣ I would never pick my skin. Ever.
What feels like a quick fix causes months of marks, scars, and inflammation.

5️⃣ I would not use random home remedies because they “look natural.”
Lemon, toothpaste, turmeric scrubs damage your barrier more than acne ever will. “Natural” does not equal “healthy.”
