On 3rd Dec 2025 as per the instructions of the Deputy Director, BIC Rohri, scheduled semen collection, preservation, and analysis are being conducted for Kundi breeding bulls following standardized laboratory protocols. This includes evaluation before and after freezing.

سنڌ ۾ جينياتي سڌاري لاءِ جاپاني ماهر ريڪا حڪامادا، ايس پي يو روهڙي ۾ ايس پي يو ٽنڊو جام جي عملي کي بي آءِ سي (ايس پي يو) روهڙي ٽيم جي تحت تربيت ڏيڻ لاءِ ٻن ڏينهن جي تربيتي ورڪشاپ جو انتظام ڪيو. تنهن ڪري ان تربيتي نگراني لاءِ هن لائيو اسٽاڪ ڊپارٽمينٽ جي ٽن اعليٰ عهديدارن کي دعوت ڏني ته اهي بي آءِ سي (ايس پي يو) روهڙي ٽيم جي طريقيڪار جو ويجهي کان مشاهدو ڪن ته جيئن سيمن گڏ ڪرڻ، پروسيسنگ، ڪرائوپريزرويشن، اسٽوريج ۽ پوسٽ ٿلهو ڪرڻ جي پروٽوڪول سان گڏ پوسٽ ٿلهو ڪرڻ کان پوءِ آخري سپرم حرڪتي چيڪ ڇاڪاڻ ته لائيو اسٽاڪ ڊپارٽمينٽ ۾ سڀني ايس پي يو تي ساڳيو طريقو لاڳو ڪيو وڃي ۽ مستقبل ۾ نگراني ۽ سنڌ ۾ نسل جي بهتري لاءِ.
تنهن ڪري ان لاءِ تاريخ 25 نومبر 2025 تي، ڊاڪٽر محمد مبارڪ جتوئي، ڊائريڪٽر جنرل، لائيو اسٽاڪ ايڪسٽينشن اينڊ ريسرچ سنڌ، حيدرآباد، ڊاڪٽر جمال الدين جوڻيجو، ڊائريڪٽر اينيمل بريڊنگ سنڌ، ۽ ڊاڪٽر اقتدار علي ميمڻ، رجسٽرار لائيو اسٽاڪ بريڊنگ سروسز اٿارٽي سنڌ. پورو ڏينهن ايس پي يو روهڙي ۾ سيمن گڏ ڪرڻ، پروسيسنگ، پيڪنگ ۽ اسٽوريج جو مشاهدو ڪرڻ ۾ گذاريو. لائيو اسٽاڪ کاتي جي اعليٰ درجي جي ٽيم جاپاني ماهر ۽ نسل جي بهتري مرڪز (ايس پي يو) جي ٽيم جي ڪوششن جي تعريف ڪري ٿي ته جيئن بي آءِ سي روهڙي ۾ سڀني آپريشنز کي اهڙي هموار طريقي سان اپڊيٽ ڪيو وڃي ۽ بهتر بڻايو وڃي، جنهن جي نتيجي ۾ سٺي معيار جي منجمد سيمن جي پيداوار ٿئي ٿي.

آخر ۾، معزز ڊائريڪٽر اينيمل بريڊنگ سنڌ ۽ ڊي جي ايڪسٽينشن، بي آءِ سي (ايس پي يو) ٽيم جي سخت ۽ ڪامياب ڪم جي تمام گهڻي تعريف ڪئي.

On request of JICA & the Direction of Director Animal Breeding Sindh Hyderabad. This is the 2nd time to SPU Tandojam team join Livestock Breed Improvement Centre SPU Rohri in the presence of JICA as well as respected Director Animal Breeding Sindh Dr Jamaludin Junejo Sahab & DG Extension Dr Mubark Ali Jatoe as well as the Dr Ektedar Ali Memon sahab. The purpose of join is learn & look after the each & every steps of cryopreservation with a complete SOPs & try it to implements well as as soon as possible to develop SPU Tandojam for a good quality frozen semen.

On 25th November 2025. The honorable Director Animal Breeding Sindh Hyderabad Sir, Dr Jamaludin Junejo Sahab visited BIC (SPU) Rohri along with respected DG Extension Dr Mubark Ali Jatoi & Dr Ektedar Ali Memon Sindh Livestock Registrar Breeding Authority in the presence of JICA team Dr Reikha Hakamad (Long Term Expert Livestock Genetic Improvement in Sindh) & Dr Seema Baloch.

The Respected Director Animal Breeding Sindh along with DG Extension & SLRBA closely observed as well as inspected the facilities and reviewed the protocols & also evaluated the cryopreservation as well as in last check the post thaw s***m motility.

Al-humdulillah the Director Animal Breeding Sindh & DG Extension fully satisfied from BIC (SPU) Rohri work & also they emphasized the genetic standards, which ensuring that only superior Kundi bulls contribute to high‑quality frozen semen for Kundi Buffalo herd improvement & sustainable for future generations.

On 24th November 2025, on the Direction of respected Director Animal Breeding Sindh Hyderabad Sir Dr Jamaludin Junejo shab, the Breed Improvement Center Rohri, conducted a One Day Refresher Training Session on Artificial Insemination under kind supervisor of JICA Expert Dr, Reikha Hakamad & Dr Seema Baloch & SPU Tandojam expert Dr Ghulam Nabi Daheri Sahab & Rajesh Oad as well as BIC team Kind respected Ad. Director Dr Darban Khaskeli , Deputy Director Dr Mukhtiar Ahmed Nonari & Dr Zafar zardari V.O) & Dr Noor Hassan Gadani (V.O)

This One Day A.I Refresher Training Session conducted by trainer Dr, Noor Hassan Gadani V.O @ BIC (SPU) Rohri & also take support from JICA Expert as well as SUP Tandojam Team & also BIC team.

The propose of this One Day Refresher Training Session of A.I to meet with best A.I field expert of sukkur either they are from govt or private & pointed their A.I field related issues as well as know their field work fellow & resolved their problems by presentation as well as discussion with expert.

The Key Points for Success

Noted: At the end trainer explain successful insemination needs three things:

1. Farmer’s good observation (to detect heat correctly)
2. A.I technician’s good communication and skill
3. Cow’s or buffalo's good nutrition condition
4. A I Technician follow proper SOPs regarding handing of frozen semen in field

Noted : When these three to four points come together, the success rate of AI becomes high.
