Young female patient has been referred out from other tertiary care hospital for management of pelvic fracture. Emergency management of pelvic fracture with advanced C-Clamp was done at SMBBIT trauma centre Karachi. Patient`s life was saved.

A 2 year old boy presented to A&E department with the history of fall 2 days back
Radius and ulna were fractured.
He was initally managed by Jarrah/bone setter/kumbaar with compressive dressing
Now presented to our emergency with following condition
Please take correct decison before going anywhere in emergency
Child has almost lost his limb due to improper treatment.
