*کمفرٹ زون* ایک ایسی ذہن حالت ہے جس میں آپ نئے چیلنج قبول کرنا چھوڑ دیتے ہیں ۔

اس میں رہتے ہوئے ،آپ زندگی کو بہتر بنانے یا پروفیشنل لائف میں ترقی کرنے ، آگے بڑھنے کی منصوبہ بندی نہیں کرتے۔

آپ ایک خاص لیول تک کامیابی ، اپنے گولز حاصل کر چکے ہوتے ہیں لیکن اگلے لیول پر جانے کی کوشش نہیں کرتے ۔

اس کے لیے آپ کو اپنا علم بڑھانا ہو گا۔ نئی منصوبہ بندی کرنا ہو گی ۔ تخلیقی صلاحیت کو جگانا پڑے گا۔

اپنا جائزہ لیں کہ کیا آپ *سیلف امپروومنٹ* کے لیے کچھ نیا سیکھنے یا کرنے کا سوچ رہے ہیں ؟ جو آپ کے لیے چیلنج ہو۔
