Servaid Pharmacy (Pvt.) Ltd urgently looking to hire (3) Pharmacy Manager (s) for Pharmacies located at Lahore
Candidates would be responsible for;
• Operational Requirements like ensure cleaning, proper uniform, Breakages, Expiries etc.
• Ensuring good Customer Services with complaint handling
• Achieving sales targets for designated pharmacy
• Ensuring proper stock displays and Maintenance of FIFO
• To ensure and display new supply into respective racks
• To ensure Random Audits as per agreed plan
• Cash handover audit and Consumer items audit at the time of shift handover
• Shift Wise Cash Closing and hand over
• Control store stock loss within agreed target.
• Till cash & sales cash settlement and timely deposits into Banks (shifts packs)
• Keeping safe keys for cash handling purpose
• Taking action to address underperforming staff.
• Coaching, challenging and supporting employees
• Ensuring all top sellers, new collection is highlighted prominently in store
• Ensuring proper data entry & verification of items before handing over to customer
• Stocking, dusting and racks setting
• Supervision of shift staff and act like a team player
• Ensuring proper record of near expiry products as per SOP
• Proper verification of stocks received
• Returns handling (not more than 7 days) and entry in system from Branch manager’s login and it may be the sole responsibility of Shift In-charges to enter the data and refund and adjust items.
• Bouncing record maintenance
• Staff training regarding their JD's & counter efficiency.
• Expiry Cross verification.
• To maintain employee duty roster
• To work on pharmacy layout and display
• To get hands on Company’s software i.e. Candela, Abuzar
• Data sinking activity
• To supervise Schedule E, Schedule D
• To maintain/fetch Stock Sheet using Candela
Job Specification
• Hands on experience on Retail Software i.e. Abuzar, Candela Retail Management System etc.
• Minimum 3 years of Retail or Pharmacy handling experience is compulsory
• Knowledge about MS Office, outlook would be an edge
• Peoples Management Skills
• Can be able to achieve Sales Targets

Candidates would be responsible for;
• Determine quantity and timing of deliveries and ensure suppliers follow-ups;
• Monitor and forecast upcoming levels of demand/Sales & Purchase;
• Forecasting levels of demand for services and products to meet the business needs and keeping a constant check on stock levels;
• Conducting research to ascertain the best products and suppliers in terms of best value, delivery schedules and quality;
• Liaising between suppliers, manufacturers in Sialkot, Daska and Gujranwala and relevant internal departments, centralized head office and customers;
• Identifying potential suppliers, visiting existing suppliers, and building and maintaining good relationships with them;
• Negotiation of credit term and margin with supplier

Position: Manager Accounts
Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department including:
o month and end-year process
o accounts payable/receivable
o cash receipts
o general ledger
o payroll and utilities
o treasury, budgeting
o cash forecasting
o revenue and expenditure variance analysis
o capital assets reconciliations
o bank account statement reconciliations
o check runs
o fixed asset activity
o debt activity
• To make Company’s Financial Statement
• To periodic updates to the Company’s Trail Balance, Statement of comprehensive income and Profit and Loss Statement (monthly/annually)
• To manage all pre-payments, accruals and arrears schedule
• To check and post of month-end journal vouchers and finalization of accounts to statement of financial position
• Reporting and oversee the filling of monthly/annually Sales/Income Tax returns and verification of company’s related receipts payment vouchers
• Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements
• Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles
• Coordinate and complete annual audits
• Provide recommendations
• Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions
• Assign projects and direct staff to ensure compliance and accuracy
• Meet financial accounting objectives

Requirements:
• Proven working experience as Accounting Manager
• 3-5 years’ experience required; 3 years in Retail sector preferably
• Advanced computer skills on (advanced) MS Office, ORACLE-EBS (R-12)
• Ability to handle large amounts of accounting data
• Proven knowledge of book-keeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to direct and supervise accounting team
• Salary range 80,000- 90,000 + benefits
• Professional degree in Accounting or Finance, ACCA,CA (Final)
