1. Exteroception is the awareness of external stimuli — sights, sounds, smells, tastes and tangible objects.

2. Proprioception is the awareness of where our body is in space.

3. And interoception is the awareness of what is going on inside our bodies.

The main goal of all Yantra Yoga practices is to harmonize our breathing in everyday life.

Our breath is connected to the mind, which is often cluttered and confused. By controlling the breath, we control the mind.
