Group yoga is back in full swing!

🌟 Gentle Strength - Sundays at 9 AM CST

Joint-friendly strengthening with slow, controlled transitions. We move intentionally, practicing each asana for a few breaths at a time

🌟 Breathe and Relax - Wednesdays at 7:30 PM CST

Practice calming breathing techniques and restful poses. We may also incorporate some self-myofascial release in between asana

Drop-in rate: $15
4 class pack: $50

Why I’m here

When I was 13, my mother was diagnosed with breast cancer, and I became obsessed about learning everything I could about health (Enneagram 5, anyone?).
