Hi I’m Reg, empowerment guide and firewalking Instructor helping people overcome fears, reconnect with self, their courage, building strength and power to breakthrough blocks using elemental practices that frees us from our chains of fear. All practices are supported holding spaces allowing individuals to feel safe and recieve the most out of their experience. I’m accustomed seeing the impossible
become possible for many people who thought firewalking was impossible for them or simply crazy. Elemental experiences takes people out of their comfort zone and every day lives. Putting it into perspective, the seemingly impossible challenges they managing to walk over a fire of 1,200df massively shifts their beliefs. Working with elements, especially fire is very special, as an original element our ancestral communities gathered around to meet, share ideas and help each other. If you don’t know me that well, I’m 54, I currently live in Malta and visit Poland to spend time with Anna my partner (who has walked many fires with me), dad of 3, soon to be granddad, stepdad to 2, former mechanic, financial advisor, UK property manager, diving instructor, NGO rescue helm and firewalking instructor helping people overcome fear. I was moved from country to country 4 times, changed schools 6 times before I was 13, lived in over 28 homes, 5 countries each time losing some social cohesion and sense or identity. I suffered the taboo of sexual abuse as a young child, racism of not being white enough in one country and not black enough in another. I was married twice, ran several businesses some successful, some not so. So you see I’ve had my fair share of traumas which with support from close ones and therapy I’ve pulled through and that’s my reasons why I now want to help others. And having focused my previous property management business in the UK to provide homes for low income families, I understand the life challenges some people face. I'm also run Firewalking for Humanity™️ a program to raise €1,000,000 for charities over 5 years through sponsored firewalks. Fire brings us together, its used all around us in our daily lives and yet we’ve forgotten its message of warmth, its life sustaining energy that nourishes us, bringing us closer together and connects us with our humanity, nature and our ancestral origin. And being mindful of nature and the environmental impact of burning wood and fuels for the average firewalking event that can produce 174kg in CO2 emissions. With 30 firewalks each year for 5 years I estimate Firewalking for Humanity will cause 26,100kg in CO2 emissions (26.1 tonnes in CO2). So here’s what Firewalking for Humanity will do, plant 5 trees for every firewalk it runs. To understand the scale of this, it’s estimated that 5 trees will capture 5 tonnes (5,000kg) of CO2 during a 100 year lifespan. So by planting 5 trees for every firewalk, with a program of 30 firewalks per year for 5 years, Firewalking for Humanity can help Carbon Sequestering by capturing 720,000kg of CO2 net or 720 tonnes in CO2 for the future. That’s capturing 27 times more CO2 for the future than Firewalking for Humanity might cause. If you know a charity you feel might benefit from a sponsored firewalk through my Firewalking for Humanity program please send me details or pass on mine. I’m happy to help as many charities in the UK, Malta and Poland as is possible. So will you come Firewalking for Humanity with me? ©
