My sunday breakfast, one of favourites - mango vegan yoghurt with pragnancy Superfood blueberries and cereales, 🤤 I cant get used to how everything changes in pregnancy when it comes to PHE Levels, I was always allowed to eat 300mg phe/24h and now It's about 800 mg phe, I'm eating nuts ! 😆😃 PKUers will understand my happines....

Moje niedzielne śniadanie, jedno z ulubionych - wegański jogurt mango z ciążowym Superfoodem borówkami oraz płatkami. Nie mogę się przyzwyczaić do tego jak wszystko się zmienia w ciąży jeśli chodzi o poziomy PHE, normalnie mogłam jeść 300 mg na dobę A teraz 800 mg, jem orzechy! Ci z PKU zrozumieją moją radość;)

Today is "Tłusty Czwartek" in Poland. Let's say is donuts day, because we eat them A lot, but we eat also cookies called Faworki or Chrust (depends on region), crunchy cookies fried on fat with powdered sugar. As you see I am Ready for today 😎😁 !

My another breakfast with (ofcourse PKU friendly) this Time with nad . In each pragnancy book there is a chapter about food in pragnancy which for obvious reasons is not really for me, however I made my own list. First on list- blueberries - Good for eyes and blood flow, many antioxidants, prevent nerve cells from damages! highly recommended ! ❤🤰😉

Moje kolejne śniadanie z kaszą manną, tym razem z malinami i borówkami. W każdej ciążowej książce jest rozdział o żywieniu który mnie z oczywistych przyczyn nie dotyczy, jednakże zrobiłam własną listę PKU wegan wegetarian ciążowych Superfoods. Pierwsze na liście borówki, dobre dla oczu, przepływu krwi i chronią komórki nerwowe przed uszkodzeniem. Bardzo polecane ! :)

For some reasons I needed to switch to very strict diet. Now my intake of phe is 250mg/day🙇🏼‍♀️ It's so hard to have something satisfying in taste when your intake so limited... 🤦🏼‍♀️But... challenge accepted 🤘😁😅

Z pewnych powodów musiałam przerzucić się na bardzo ścisłą dietę i obecnie jem tylko 250mg/phe na dobę. Jest bardzo trudno zrobić coś satysfakcjonującego w smaku kiedy dzienna dawka phe jest tak ograniczona ale wyzwanie przyjęte. Dziś niskofenyloalaninowy ryż od i zielone warzywa
