There have been days, the kind where everything feels too loud, too fast, too much, but I slipped into the water and let myself be held.
At first, my mind resisted.
All the lists, the expectations, the invisible labor whirling in my mind b
But then…
the ocean placed her palms on my back,
rocked me with a rhythm older than language,
and whispered, “Let me carry it.”
Something in me unclenched.
My breath synced with the flow.
My spine lengthened.
My heartbeat softened until it matched the hush of waves moving around me.
It wasn’t dramatic.
It was elemental.
A recalibration.
A remembering.
A return.
When I stepped out, nothing externally had changed—
but I had.
Water had reorganized me without saying a word.
✨ Tell me: Have you ever felt the water reset your whole being?
