What is Elemental You Yoga? From the element of Earth, represented by the stability of our bones, Water, by the flowing of our blood, , the Fire of our beating heart and circulation, the life force of Air breathed by our lungs and the pervasiveness of Space that hold all things, we are inexorably connected to this Elemental world. Elemental You Yoga aims to reignite the connection that we all have with our environment by exploring the things that make you FEEL that connection. Using meditative practices and the therapeutic application of yoga postures, we can encourage the balancing and strengthening of these 5 elements within ourselves. One on One sessions allows me to hear you and create a practice specifically for you to achieve the successes you visualize for yourself.
