This is an absolute staple in my daily regiment. I love the ease of just mixing it in water and continuing through my work. Big fan of the flavor, it’s got a mango/ pineapple vibe, super refreshing. I find myself craving it morning and night however 1x a day is all that’s needed to fulfill the optimal nutrient intake. I notice so many great benefits it’s too much to list here.
