Took me years of preparation and dedication to arrive at the point I receive such sincere love and gratitude for the work I offer.
Before guiding another person through healing, a spiritual therapist must first walk the path within themselves.
True guidance cannot come only from theory. It must come from lived transformation.
Carl Jung called this the “wounded healer”: the one who has faced their own shadows and, through that journey, gained the wisdom and compassion to support others.
In many spiritual traditions, the principle is the same:
you cannot guide someone to a place you have never been.
Real healing work begins with deep self-inquiry, emotional honesty, and inner alignment.
Only then can presence, clarity, and compassion naturally flow to those we serve.
The healer must first become the student of their own soul.
