Experience the beauty of Ericeira's beaches on an Energizing morning nature walk! 🌊

We will get together on Sunday, November 12 from 09:30 to 12:00 at Matadouro Beach and explore the scenic 4km path to Coxos beach.🚶‍♀️

Amidst the calming waves, we'll share a unique ocean-facing breathing exercise to relax both body and mind. 🌞

Our journey the leads us back to Ribeira D’Ilhas beach, where we will together enjoy some beach time together. 🏖

Feel free to invite your friends and family - it's a chance to get some exercise and bond with a fantastic group! 💪

Junta-te a mim e ao .ericeira nesta quinta-feira, dia 5 de outubro das 18:30 às 19:30 para uma aula de yoga relaxante na Praia do Sul (Ericeira) e sente-te energizado(a) num cenário perfeito com o som do mar e o sol como plano de fundo. 🌅

🧘🏽‍♂️A aula será gratuita e adequada para todos os níveis, desde iniciantes a avançados.

Body and Mind Connection ✨🙌🏽

When you practice any yoga posture, it is important to bring your awareness to two things, your breath and your body.

As you move from one posture to another, try to pay attention to the rhythm of your breath and become fully connected with how you feel in the posture.

This will help you bring your attention to your practice and you will eventually feel more connect with the present moment.

Yoga is a beautiful practice that helps us to release emotional blockages, get rid of bodily tensions and develop a sense of well-being and joy during the hectic day-to-day life.

Most people have no idea how their body and mind are designed to feel. 🌈

If you don’t have a lot of time to practice yoga daily, try to do only 10 minutes of yoga per day. Your body and mind you thank you for that!💜

“When you love someone, the best thing you can offer is your presence. How can you love if you are not there?”

I just finished a book called “Fear” by Thich Nhat Hanh where he talks about mindfulness.

Mostly of the time we are with our family and friends but we are not 100% there. Our body is there, but our mind is often thinking about the past or the future.

The most precious thing that we can offer to the people we love are not material things, it’s simply our presence.

Focusing on the breath and deep listening are mindfulness practices that you can do to help you feel more present and develop great feelings of joy, love, peace, happiness not only for you but also to everyone around you.

I recommend you to try it today. When you meet a family member or a friend, bring your attention to your breath, bringing your full attention to the present moment, then listen to what your loved one is saying without interrupting. Sometimes all we need is to be heard and truly seen.☺️

I hope this post helps you somehow, I just really felt like sharing it with you today!❤️🌈

The best things in life are on the other side of FEAR! 💫

It took a while for me to really get comfortable doing inversions. The fear of falling took over my mind and prevented me from trying these type of postures.

Inversions are not easy, it takes will, dedication and confidence. The more you believe in yourself, the easier it becomes.

I've been practicing some inversions for a while and I get excited, happy, and empowered each time I do them.

Don't let fear stop you from doing the things you'd like to do in life.

Trust yourself, you can do much more than you think! 💜

Happy International Yoga Day!🧘🏽‍♂️🤍

Today is the day we celebrate the physical, mental and spiritual practice that originated in India and has been passed down through many generations.

I cannot describe in words what the practice of yoga means to me.

I have been a very active person mentally and physically from a young age. It was almost impossible for me to keep my mind at peace because I was always wondering about things, like non-stop.

After I finished my bachelor's degree in communication in Brazil, I embarked on a new chapter of my life by moving to Australia, the country where I lived for almost 4 years.

Within 1 year living in Sydney, I came to know a yoga studio near my house called Dharmashala. It was a small studio located in Bondi, an iconic beach in Sydney.

I will never forget how I felt after taking my first yoga class at the yoga studio. A complete sense of well-being took over my body and mind and I fell in love with the practice.

The yoga teacher was Australian, but she had been living in India for a few years, and I remember her singing beautiful mantras at the end of each class.

I felt like everything started to change after that. Yoga has become not just a practice but also a way of life for me. By practicing it, I learned to control the fluctuations of my mind, as well as to take care of my physical and spiritual body.

My passion for yoga was so big that I decided to study more about it in order to teach it to everyone who wants to live a healthier life.

Now I commit to sharing my yoga knowledge with people from all over the world in a heavenly place in Portugal called Ericeira.
