I didn’t change my life because I was “motivated.”

I changed it because I couldn’t ignore the pattern anymore. The way I kept abandoning myself in a toxic work environment. And being in a life i didn't love anymore.
The way I stayed in what felt familiar instead of what felt true.The way my body would contract every time I was about to expand or when I needed to choose myself.

Moving countries. Changing my life. Starting over…
none of that happened from willpower alone. It happened when I started listening to my body instead of overriding it. That’s what I’m teaching inside “Break the Pattern.”

Because real change doesn’t come from forcing.
It comes from rewiring what feels safe. It comes from feeling the energetic imprints and knowing where it lives in the body. And allowing that energy to complete its natural path out of your body.
