Life recently…swimming in my pants 🩲 🌊

Hey I’m Alice,

Nearly a year and a half a go I moved to Portugal.
I left behind a relationship, friends and stable job prospects to build a life here and don’t get me wrong it was the best decision ever, however it has also come with so much painful growth.✨

When you want to up level your life and achieve extraordinary things the universe will show you what you need to break free from, surrender and change in order to get there and sometimes this can feel like a complete 💩 storm… with every pillar (home, work, love, health, family & friendships) feeling out of alignment all at once and it can feel A LOT.😬

I guess what I’m trying to say is it can always look like we have everything together on the outside and on Instagram with pictures of beaches, brunches and bikinis (yes I’m guilty of posting all of the above) but with that almost comes a pressure to keep up with appearances of everything being wonderful all the time when it’s just not and that’s OK! 💫

So today I’m posting a picture of me in my pants because I really wanted to swim in the sea, forgot my bikini and wasn’t brave enough to go in my birthday suit. 🎂 👙

Here’s to acknowledging it’s ok to celebrate the small wins on days where sometimes it’s an achievement to just get up, brush your teeth and put your pants on the right way. 🩲 ⭐️.

Find your tribe…👯‍♀️

One of the most important things to me when I moved to Portugal was building a community around me of amazing people that felt like home! 🏡

One of the biggest reasons people don’t take the leap of moving somewhere new (especially if you are single) is because they are worried about making friends and being alone! Does this resonate? 😰

Despite the numerous comments of how hard it is to add to your friendship group in your 30’s I made it my mission to put myself out there and give it my best shot…💫

Does it feel like dating…yes 💯. I literally set the intention that anyone I met and thought was a vibe with my energy I would ask them if they wanted to go for a coffee. ☕️

In doing this I now have a wonderful group of friends that are not only just as likeminded and weird as me but that feel like family. 👸🏼

We have the same values, they make me laugh so much I cry and I know I can rely on them as a support network too. 💫

We are a bevy of blondes and I love these soul sisters to the moon and back! 🌙

This is your reminder to take that leap of faith, and just because someone says it’s hard or you can’t doesn’t mean you shouldn’t. 💫

Surround yourself with people that bring out the best in you and that raise your energy so you can feel safe and supported to be your most authentic self. 👯‍♀️

Leo season is upon us and it’s time to stop hiding from who you truly are.

Now is the time to dream big and put your wildest desires into action BUT it’s not all about the hustle…

You have to really step up your thought and belief systems to be able to take the right inspired action from a place of believing your value and sitting fully in your queen energy.
