Ann has dedicated decades (over 25 years) to bodywork as a classical dancer and has developed a unique style of Vinyasa yoga that gives expression to the full potential of your soul.
She blends an in depth background in Ashtanga & Iyengar yoga, with the roots of the traditional Vinyasa system.

We are the living dream of our ancestors.

This is a sacred gathering where we honor those who came before us and celebrate the cycles of life and death. On october 31st, we are gathering for a candlelit cozy evening where we will bring together ritual, movement, and connection to find the strength and inspiration for our own personal and collective journeys.

This is an evening to go into the spirit world, to see and listen with clarity the messages that your ancestors hold for you, to remember their stories and the legacy they left here on Earth.

We´ll explore our own physicality, to tap into the wisdom carried within our bodies and invite the ancestral energy to guide us in the dance of life.
We´ll liberate their sorrows and celebrate their love, lessons and journeys as we clear our own path with their support and guidance.

MEDITATION LAB COMING THIS FRIDAY ✨

This is a heartfelt invitation for the next meditation LAB is offering this Friday evening 6:30pm in Caparica. 🧘

He will be guiding you through the incredible technique of “Feeding your demons”, which was developed by Lama Tsultrim Allione. 🕉️

I only offer this particular workshop once or twice during the Scorpion season.
Utilising the transformative energy of the dark and deep waters of Scorpio ♏.

Honouring this beautiful practice, he created a specific - “shadow work” - alchemy formula to support your journey within the abandoned places in your limbic system. ⚗️
He will support your process through aromatherapy, breathwork, sound healing, sharing circle, angel guidance in a safe space with a loving community. 🫂

Demons (“maras” in Sanskrit) are not bloodthirsty ghouls waiting for us in dark corners. Demons are energies we experience every day, such as fear, illness, depression, anxiety, traumas, obsessions, relationship difficulties, and addictions. Anything that drains our energy and blocks us from being completely awake is a demon.
The approach of giving form to these inner forces and feeding them, rather than struggling against them, was originally articulated by an eleventh-century female Tibetan Buddhist teacher named Machig Labdrön.
Machig’s strategy of nurturing rather than battling our inner and outer enemies offers us a revolutionary path to resolve conflict and leads to psychological integration and inner peace.
