A three-hour journey into presence. ✨

At Being Gathering 2026, DJ Emok invites us to a space where we can lose ourselves, arrive, dissolve, and simply be. 🌀

As the co-founder of Iboga Records, IbogaTech and Sofa Beats, Emok’s path has always been grounded in a deep connection to the artists and our global community.

That connection is felt in every set he plays, where fresh, unreleased tracks naturally find their place, shaping a unique journey in the present moment.

Winter at Boomland ❄️

Storms Kristin and Leonardo sweep across the land with winds reaching 200 km/h. Persistent rain and flooding reshape the landscape entirely. The impact is tangible:

📸 1-3: Water levels rise to extreme heights
📸 3: The solar array, destroyed
📸 4-5: Floods almost reach the Alchemy Circle and the Dance Temple

Yet, work continues. Much of what is taking shape will be revealed Being Gathering 2026. 💫

At the Dance Temple, maintenance of the biomimetic bamboo structure remains ongoing, while a new canopy takes shape, to be unveiled this July (📸 6).

At Being Gathering, the first feminine urinal made with h**p at a festival is introduced, developed during the Boomland School Natural Building Course 2025 (📸 7).

Work extends beyond those areas. New camping swales and zones are being built to improve water retention and create more space for the Being Family (📸 8 ).

And finally, the Green Corridor. A project designed to create shade, cool the area and increase biodiversity, linking trees, paths and gardens into one living system. A corridor that reconnects the ecosystem and brings new life to the heart of the land. While it will not be fully ready for this edition, reforestation is already underway (📸 9-11).

🌿 Today, on International Day of Forests, we honour the living intelligence of nature, and those who guide us back to it at Being Gathering 2026:

🪨 Alfredo Cunhal Sendim, Manuel Calado & Amala Oliveira hold the Sacred Stones Celebration. A multidisciplinary ritual, merging anthropology and spirit through the collective raising of stones.

🍃 Fernanda Botelho leads herb walks into the medicinal intelligence of wild plants. Two sessions where botany meets creativity, and the pharmaceutical power and ancestral heritage of local flora come alive.

🌱 Geeta invites us into Forest Therapy. An immersion to recalibrate the nervous system and gently return to our place within the “family of things.”

🌾 Lisa Thor guides a walk through Boomland’s regenerative landscape. Moving through agroforestry and water systems in action, where regeneration is not an idea, but a lived practice.

From inner stillness to ecological regeneration, these experiences bring us back to a felt truth: we are not separate from nature. We are nature. 🌿🕉️
