Young Dragons at Being Gathering: A Magical World for Young Explorers ✨

Thoughtfully created for kids and teens, Young Dragons has always been much more than a playground: it is a space where the Earth becomes a teacher. 🌱

Wooden structures built with care, shaded corners woven from natural materials, and open spaces for movement and play create an environment where curiosity can naturally unfold.

We believe it is essential that we never lose sight of our responsibility as a community: to include children as part of the whole. This is why Being Gathering is a gathering rooted in community, where different generations can grow and experience life together. ❤️

There are very few places in the world where children are invited to belong so fully - where play, learning, nature and oneness are woven into one living experience. Young Dragons at Boomland is one of them. 🐉

We are truly looking forward to welcoming many families and young explorers this year, to share this sacred land and this experience together.

We are thrilled to announce that Angelo Surinder & ANNA are joining us at Being Gathering: 1 - 5 July 2026 ❤️

Together, they present Being Awake in a Dream: an immersive sound journey that exists only in the moment and never repeats. ✨

Considered a “teacher of teachers,” Ângelo Surinder joins Ana Miranda (ANNA), renowned for moving fluidly between Techno and Ambient. They co-create a unique collective sound ritual in real-time using planetary gongs, native flutes, ancestral instruments, intuitive voice, and organic soundscapes.

Each session is deeply shaped by the energy of the group present, transforming sound into something felt far beyond listening.

Curawaka joins us to share the joy at Being Gathering: 1 - 5 July 2026 ❤️

A cross-cultural music collective with artists from Norway, Mexico and Argentina, weaving powerful vocals, ancestral instruments and ceremonial rhythms into ceremonial live music experiences.

At Being Gathering, Curawaka invites you into a live concert where voices rise together across the space, people sing without needing to know the words, and rhythm is something you feel in your body before you think about it.

Expect moments where the whole space moves as one. Their songs stay with you long after the music fades. 💫

As you might know, the Iberian Peninsula has been affected by extreme weather over the last couple of weeks. Boomland, the home of Being Gathering and Boom Festival Official, has been directly impacted by it.

Some of the damage includes:

🌳 Trees lost - including century-old holm oaks
🌬️ A full solar array destroyed
🌊 The Being Gathering 2026 Temple stage (formerly known as the Dojo) is currently partially underwater

Yet this is Mother Nature speaking. 🌍

Together with Boom Festival Official and Boomland, we are supporting the most affected communities by providing construction and roofing materials - including roof tiles and timber - to Sertã, Proença-a-Nova and Figueiró dos Vinhos.

This includes:

🧱 400 roof tiles delivered to Sertã
🧱 400 roof tiles delivered to Figueiró dos Vinhos
🏠 Insulation membranes and formwork materials will also be delivered to support structural repairs

We will share more information very soon. Some of the ongoing work can already be seen in the final images. 🤝

Mushina joins us to share the joy at Being Gathering: 1 - 5 July 2026 ✨

Mushina is a Portuguese artist, DJ and ritual facilitator known for bridging ancient rhythms with contemporary electronic sound, weaving dance, ceremony and community into one living experience, inviting reconnection with something deeply instinctive and shared.

At Being Gathering, he guides an immersive Ecstatic Dance journey where music, energy and ritual merge into a shared field of transformation, opening space for emotional release and freedom of expression.
