What plans do you have for your teens this holiday? Our Teen internship program kicks off this July.

Give your teens the opportunity to taste what a real life work environment feels like. They'll also meet with others and learn a lot of things that will be useful to them.

There are certain things in life that can only be experienced. Our young teenager from last years' internship already knows that there are certain departments she will not like to work in. If she wasn't part of the internship program, would she have been able to note that?

In 2020,I started giving thought to having a program for teenagers at FD Naturales. As usual, I was waiting for the perfect time to launch it but I keep learning that there is never a perfect time to get anything started. Only the right time.

So last year when a friend approached me that she needed her daughter to do something apart from being at home and she requested that I find a place for her at FD Naturales, I willingly obliged her.
It was a long holiday and she spent 2 months at FDNaturales coming to the office 3 times every week. After she left, we decided to structure the program better, and open up to more teenagers.

4 students graduated from the FDN Herbal Academy today. This journey started in February and it has been a journey. A total of 6 individuals have gone through and graduated from the FDN Herbal Academy in 2 years.

The best student award for this year went to ... In 3 months, I have seen her dare to take on things she never thought possible. Not to mention her punctuality to class and intense thirst for knowledge beyond our class sessions.

One of the students said: last year I wanted to join but people around me said what is she teaching that makes the fee that much? Now I know why. It is not just about learning the use of herbs. It is the change of mindset and other things I can't even quantify.

My bragging stance is that: nobody else gives what I give at the herbal academy. When I ask for your N1, I am giving you N10 value.

Missed this year's session? Next February is another date. Start making plans to be a part of it because next year is not far oooo.

A conversation with my team and they said: boss we are actually trying compared to some big brands out there. For a second, I was tempted to agree but knowing the vision I have and the future I see, bare minimum wouldn't do.

As I thought about it, I realised that being big doesn't necessarily mean the best and to compare yourself with people who are not even doing bare minimum is suicidal.

So I said to them: compare yourself with the best because only then will you see that you are not even meeting up to standard. As long as you keep looking at substandards, you will think you have arrived.

To be the best, you look up to the best. When you study the best, you can outrun the best
