However, on the inside, I felt completely burned out and wondered if there was anything else in store for me? I realized that I had given no time for my health and wellbeing and felt completely depleted of all my energy. I needed more calm in my life. I was looking for something to revitalize and renew my mind, body and soul. I went to see a holistic healer and the rest is history! I became absolutely addicted to it....

So, I re-trained into the Wonderful Art of Self-Care and I have never felt happier! Now, as a qualified Yoga Teacher, Reiki Master, Qigong Enthusiast, Sound Healing Practitioner and Meditation lover, I could talk all day about self care tips.
