Our updated timetable now includes Kundalini, Callanetics, Vinyasa Power Flow, Tai Chi Gung, Tai Chi Gung for people living with Parkinson’s, Hatha Yoga + Meditation, The Cocoon (yin-influenced nervous system reset), Ashtanga for All (adapted for aging bodies), Pre-Natal Yoga, and Mum & Baby Yoga.
These sessions are designed to support pain reduction, improved posture, fascial release, joint health, balance, mobility, and nervous system regulation. Many of our teachers work alongside physiotherapy, rehabilitation, and integrative health approaches, ensuring classes are safe and effective for people managing injury, chronic tension, fatigue, or neurological conditions.
